Specialty Brands of America, Inc. (together with its affiliates, "Company" or "us" or "we") respects your concerns about privacy. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") is designed to make you aware of what information we collect when you use our websites (together with all sites owned or operated by us, the "Site"), how your information is used and the steps we take to safeguard your information. Your use of our Site and all features, content, technology, software and services as offered from time to time on or through the Site (collectively with the Site, the "Services") constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to use the Services. This Privacy Policy is a part of and is governed by, and your use of the Site and Services is also subject to, our Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy applies to the information Company collects about you as a result of your use of the Services. It does not apply to information about you collected through any related website or any third party website or offering linked to or otherwise accessible from the Site. Special Note: This Site is a general audience website and not designed or intended to attract children younger than 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is younger than 13.

We know how important it is to keep the personally identifiable information you've entrusted to us confidential. We will not rent, sell or share personally identifiable information about you with third parties except under certain circumstances as described herein. Changes in our corporate structure or bankruptcy: If responsibility for the conduct of the Site is transferred by Company or Company is party to any restructuring or acquisition transaction, whether by merger, acquisition, liquidation or otherwise, or in the event that we discontinue our business or file a petition or have filed against us a petition in bankruptcy, reorganization or similar proceeding, the personally identifiable information you have provided in connection with the Services may be transferred, sold or assigned to a third party, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Public Areas The Services may feature various community areas and other public forums (the "Public Areas") where users can share information or post questions for others to answer. These Public Areas are open to the public and should not be considered private. We cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Privacy Policy, the law, or your personal privacy. We are not responsible for the results of such postings or for the accuracy of any information contained in those postings.

Any information you share in a Public Area (including personally identifiable information) is by design open to the public and is not private. You should think carefully before posting any information in any Public Area. What you post can be seen, disclosed to or collected by others and may be used by others in ways we cannot control or predict. As with any public forum on any website, the information you post may also show up in third-party search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, and Bing. We promise that promptly after receiving your request, all personally identifiable information stored in databases we actively use and other readily searchable media will be updated, corrected, changed or deleted, as appropriate, as soon as and to the extent reasonably practicable.

IV. Do Not Track
The term "Do Not Track" refers to a HTTP header offered by certain web browsers to request that websites refrain from tracking the user. We take no action in response to Do Not Track requests.

However, we will not make changes that result in significant additional uses or disclosures of your personally identifiable information without allowing you to "Opt In" to such changes.
